The administration of Dzūkija National Park and Čepkeliai State Nature Reserve with the authorization of Zervynos Village Community Association has executed a public procurement „The technical supervision of the management works of Zervynos village buildings“ while fulfilling the project „The management of state protected cultural heritage object – traditional wooden architecture at ethnographic Zervynos rural settlement“ funded by European Economic Area financial mechanism.

A contract with the winner of this procurement UAB „Altrys“  has been signed on the 26th January 2016.

The value of works is 4200,00 €

The administration of Dzūkija National Park and Čepkeliai State Nature Reserve with the authorization of Zervynos Village Community Association has executed a public procurement „The task of Zervynos village buildings management“ while fulfilling the project „The management of state protected cultural heritage object – traditional wooden architecture at ethnographic Zervynos rural settlement“ funded by European Economic Area financial mechanism.

A contract with the winner of this procurement UAB „Ekstra statyba“  has been signed on the 15th January 2016.

The value of works is 439930,98 €

The deadline for the propositions of applications has been extended until 10AM 2015-11-25.

The administration of Dzūkija National Park and Čepkeliai State Nature Reserve with the authorization of Zervynos Village Community Association is executing a public procurement „The task of Zervynos village buildings management“ while fulfilling the project „The management of state protected cultural heritage object – traditional wooden architecture at ethnographic Zervynos rural settlement“ funded by European Economic Area financial mechanism. The procurement is being enacted through a simplified open competition using CVP IS resources. The advertisement about the procurement has been published on 2015-11-04, the deadline for the propositions is 2015-11-16.

Any information, clarifications of the terms of competition, notices or other communication between the contractor and the purchasing organisation is executed exclusively through CVP IS tools (the notices will be sent out to those users who have accepted the invitation or have been assigned to the procurement). Project “Traditional wooden architecture reconstruction of State protected cultural heritage landmark in ethnographic Zervynos village”

 
Project duration: from 1st of September 2014 till 30th April 2017.
 

Project is funded by European economic zone financial mechanism funds according to “EEE-LT06 Cultural and nature heritage preservation and resurrection” program.
 

Project activities:
During the project implementation the roofs of Zervynas village houses will be changed to long lasting wooden sheets as well as the roofs of the farming purpose houses. As the result, the cultural heritage buildings, which are in an emergency state will be preserved and its appearance will be recovered.
After the reconstruction ethnographic homesteads will be utilized for tourism purposes by marking them on tourist routes for attracting national and foreign tourists.
Project hosts 15 Zervynos village homesteads owners by providing the reconstruction for 32 buildings.  
 

During the project the following events will take place: 
Traditional wooden architecture reconstruction, practical training involving village habitants, trade craftsmen from different regions of Lithuania.
Seminar – “Homesteads reconstruction and adaptation for various purposes”, dedicated for cultural heritage homestead owners and community members.
